1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order and only before dispatch
- Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not allowed
2. Return Policy
- We maintain a 7-day return window only for eligible cases (damaged or incorrect items)
- All tea, herbal, floral, and edible products are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons
- Returns will not be accepted for:
- Taste preferences
- Personal dislikes
- Minor packaging variations
3. Damaged or Wrong Product
You are eligible for a replacement or refund only if:
- You receive a damaged product, or
- You receive a wrong or mismatched product

4. Replacement / Exchange
- Once approved, replacement or exchange will be processed
- All approved exchanges/replacements will be completed within 7 business days
5. Refund Policy
- Approved refunds will be initiated within 1–3 business days
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days (depending on your bank/payment provider)
6. Important Notes
- We reserve the right to approve or reject requests after verification
- Claims made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted
- Products must not be used excessively if claiming damage
